To enter the Promotion and receive one (1) entry into the draw, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 

a) purchase any product/s (excludes tobacco products) in a single transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”) from any NightOwl convenience store in NSW, QLD or WA (“Participating Venues”); and

b) scan their unique customer code within the NightOwl app at the register at the time of purchase.

Entrants who purchase one (1) Pepsi/Schweppes variety drink within their Qualifying Transaction will receive one (1) bonus entry into the draw.

The prize is an Ultimate Outdoor BBQ.

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s assigned address during registration.

If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the jetski in their own name, then the winner may assign the jetski to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the jetski is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
